This dessert could not be any easier but always goes down well.
Ingredients:
2 Scoops vanilla ice cream
1 Shot of espresso
Optional toppings of nuts, biscotti crumbs, chocolate shavings
Method:
1. Make one shot of espresso and leave to cool.
2. Scoop the vanilla ice cream into a glass ensuring that there’s enough place for the coffee.
3. Pour the espresso over the ice cream and sprinkle with a topping.
