Started by Giorgione Deluca, co-owner of Dean & Deluca, Giorgione is the one restaurant that I come back to every time I am in New York City and for one thing – their wood-fired thin crust pizza. Every time I go there I vow that I will try something else on the menu yet each time I order exactly the same pizza – Margherita with mozzarella, tomato and basil and I am never disappointed. The setting is trendy and ambiance warm, friendly and relaxed. The other food looked delicious too, who knows, maybe this time I’ll actually try something else.
